Signs advertised 'latest slots' but the majority of the games were aged. The blackjack dealers and wait staff were very friendly and professional, and we were never without a drink for long.
The A/C was so loud it woke me every time it cycled on and there was no way to leave the fan on. Carpet was dirty in the room and the common area hallways, and the TV didn't fit in the cabinet and couldn't be seen from one side of the bed. Linen and bedding was clean, but the bathroom sink was clogged so we had to brush out teeth in the tub. Really? It was built in 1994 or so and is really showing its age. The staff were polite about the mistake and swapped it out, but apparently didn't trust enough to have two sets of keys and made us drag our luggage back down to the lobby from the North tower, THEN bring it right back up to the same place again with the new room keys. We checked in and were given a full-sized bed after reserving a king.
